And make like a dashboard page that's hosted on Cloud Flair, and then make a password for the dashboard that's Sunshine 2026. And would you have anything else to add? I was looking for something I don't want to be, I need some land around me. I don't want to be too close to other homes. Definitely at least a hundred, you know, a good amount of frontage.
