Subscriptions & Input Log
"Hey there. I need to find a printer (a print shop) in the US that uses Living Ink Technologies algae ink for printing products. Currently I have talked to Greener Printer and Eko, and both of them have a minimum order of 5,000 pieces. I need you to find other print shops and do some research on whether they list their minimum order quantity and add a link to their order form or website and any details about them. We should make a new tab if we don't have one already on Control Company for Rosie's batch or group 2. This will go under Product. I think we have a Product tab. I have this under Packaging. Make sure there's a link on the main dashboard for that. Maybe we can start showing a hierarchy under Product, like: Pricing and cost, Product development timeline, Product development tracking schedule, dependency, cost, etc. These should all go in one dashboard we can see at a high level. Also add, under Accounting on that page, a subscriptions tracker for what we have in Click Up for the various subscriptions. We should make a dashboard on the Control Company homepage that shows: our ongoing monthly recurring costs, Group 2 anticipated costs, Group 1 remaining revenue, Group 2 anticipated revenue. Show various indicators as to whether there are estimates or certain"
Created Product hierarchy, packaging research, subscriptions tracker, and finance dashboard on ctrlcompany.

Home Search Dashboard — Initial Requirements
"Hi, so we want to build a custom dashboard for a home search in Newbury, Port, Massachusetts area. The requirements are that it has a substantial backyard and it can be two stories, it needs to have a master suite on the first floor. No more than one price, 1.5, or maybe a little higher. Looking for at least two bedroom, two baths. One of the bedrooms can be upstairs, but the master has to be on the first floor. Okay, three beds. But there would have to be at least two on the first floor, or like space for like an office or something like a dining room, more or something like that. And we're looking in Newbury, Port, Massachusetts, West Newbury, and Stratum, New Hampshire, Plum Island area, and maybe a little bit north and south of those places, like North Hampton, New Hampshire, or whatever's like a little bit south of Newbury, Port. And I want you to set up a cron job that does a search every morning. And like this is searching East Coast time and posts a new update of potential listings with a link and the details of why it's a good pick. And make like a dashboard page that's hosted on Cloud Flair, and then make a password for the dashboard that's Sunshine 2026. And would you have anything else to add? I was looking for something I don't want to be, I need some land around me. I don't want to be too close to other homes. Definitely at least a hundred, you know, a good amount of frontage. And if there's new builds happening, I would consider looking at those also with those that criteria. Anything else? In, if it's an area that doesn't have a fence, I'd have to put a fence up. Have a feedback feature on the dashboard. So I can send through the dashboard, send a post feedback, and the cron job will somehow get that feedback and incorporate it into a search for the next day. I've never done that before, so let me know what the options are for setting that up. And it would be good to have it have like a voice to text feedback option. I think that's it, right?"
Created the Vickarina home search dashboard with automated daily search, feedback system, and dual-market tabs.
Home Quality Requirements
"So we also want the home to be fairly modern and updated. We don't want there to be any work that needs to be done. It needs to have air conditioning, central air, heat, obviously, and a garage. High end appliances. It doesn't have to have that. That would be ideal for it to be a really nice place. Tall salings. Tall salings, that type of thing."
Added quality and finish requirements to home search criteria.
San Diego Tab & Dual Market Search
"Also just for fun, search do a search make two tabs. The main tab should be Newberry Poor area and then the second tab should be San Diego area and have that search based around like Claremont and the surrounding area like no more than like 15, 20 minutes from Pacific Beach looking for the same thing and then include those two like links to Zillow listings and we want to see things that are like coming soon as well as things that are listed for both of those and I think for the San Diego search we could go north towards like Salona Beach but no further north than that like in San Diego is this too far and inland we would want to keep it within like the Claremont area and not go too far east and we don't want to go south of Pacific Beach and Crown Point like not nothing and sunset cliffs or ocean beach and nothing and like little Italy or anything like that we want it to be like more suburban or coastal."
Added San Diego market tab with specific geographic boundaries around Clairemont/PB area.
Wood Floors
"Wood floors is also important."
Added hardwood floors to home search criteria.
Separate Deployment
"Make the page called vickarina.pages.dev"
Moved home search dashboard to its own Cloudflare Pages project.
Not on ctrlcompany
"Not on ctrlcompany"
Confirmed home search dashboard should be a standalone deployment, not part of ctrlcompany.
Listing Quality Feedback
"All the links do is go to that town on Zillow.. I need you scraping the listings and finding the winners and listing them with all their qualifications and details. On the dash also the dash needs to be way more user friendly and white and beautiful not black and yellow"
Directed real listing scraping instead of generic links, and redesigned dashboard to white/light theme.
Direct Listing Data
"The first thing I clicked, didn't go to the list and it doesn't say the price I need to actually get that direct information on the site"
Required direct listing links and actual prices displayed on dashboard.
Frontend Plugin
"Plz use front end dev plugin"
Directed use of Playwright frontend dev plugin for building the dashboard UI.
Direct Links & Prices
"Need direct listing link and actual price"
Reiterated requirement for actual listing URLs and real prices.
Feedback Mechanism Question
"How are you taking comments from the dash how are then sent to you"
Asked about the technical implementation of the dashboard feedback system.

Input 1 — The Problem
"I'm just feeling I don't even want to coordinate with another human. Can you make a plan for me to best use Claude like I would delegate to a PA and see if we can just make this a Claude workflow. The only thing I really need a human for I think is like phone calls and purchases, which I don't have time to do."
This was the founding input that started the Claude PA system and ultimately led to the creation of CTRL COMPANY.
Input 2 — Triage Process
"There are probably a range of things that need my input on this ClickUp list. Some of these tasks are probably done, unimportant, or need more direction for me before an agent goes to do things on it. I think there needs to be some kind of input process in the system, like the agent reviews with me my outstanding tasks one by one, and I talk to it about what needs to happen or what the priority is. It then gets through them all, I give it any new tasks, and it runs through the priorities."
Input 2 (continued) — Safety Rails
"I just want to make sure that this is built into this and that this doesn't go off the rails and do research or, I don't know, do work that I don't need to do, or do the wrong work or something. We need to build in some kind of review with me before the human parts get passed off to the personal assistant until we're more solidified on the system that it will do the right thing and have good work output."
Input 2 (continued) — Learning System
"I think we need to build it into the plan that, within the first time of using this, it will take my feedback that I'm giving it and build a skill to best ask and execute these tasks."
Input 3 — WhatsApp Integration
"I also want to build into this that I have some kind of connection with a bot that's connected to my WhatsApp. If something comes up that I need, I can just text what's up, and it will start a task in ClickUp and start doing the work and document the updates within ClickUp and then report back to me in a brief text about the task and send a link to it so I can see it from there and we can coordinate that way. If it also has questions or there are things that it needs my input on in the middle of the task, if it's supposed to go find a bunch of stuff, like find me new clothes or something, if you'd like, send me ideas so I can get my input and make sure that it's finding the right types of things."
Input 4 — Persistent Session
"I don't want to have to open a session for this daily triage. We should maybe be able to do that through WhatsApp. Maybe I have a Tmux-like persistent terminal open in Tmux or something on this EC2, and every day I can just be chatting with it."
Input 5 — Phone Calls via Twilio
"Can you do some research as part of building this on ways that Claude could use some kind of Twilio or something to make phone calls?"
Input 6 — ClickUp Structure
"We'll need direction on how to make a list of all the stuff we need to buy for the house, so there's just an easy list of links that Ola can click through and buy. We'll want to work in a separate ClickUp task, I think a ClickUp list from Ola. We'll make a new ClickUp task called Claude, and it can maybe pass off tasks to Ola per my direction. We can maybe copy in Ola's current tasks into that list to start."
Input 6 (continued) — AI Backlog
"We also have a list of tasks on ClickUp called AI where I've randomly put stuff that AI could do. We can make a new status in the new Claude list called Review, or maybe it could be called Backlog, because they're not urgent or maybe just non-urgent backlog."
Input 7 — Project Structure & Learning
"We need to have a log within this project, so I think we should make a project folder for this called Claude PA. We should make sure that there's a rule within this that always saves my input verbatim and has some kind of separate agent that is overseeing how things are being done and my input on things and integrating it into the larger skills. I don't know if we should make some separate MD files for the various bots or agents that will be used to run these tasks and have specific rules for them in there. We will want a learning agent or something that keeps an eye on how things are going and helps the system grow over time based off of my input. We'll update the agent MDs or whatever we want to call them, Claude MDs for these agents."
Input 8 — Parallel Execution Architecture
"For the execution part, the agent teams, I want to make sure that these are built so that there are multiple agents working in parallel, even if it's for the same task. I don't want it to be some linear one agent going through each step of a task. If anything in the task can be parallelized, it should be broken out into pieces to help rapidly accelerate and exponentiate this work output. Maybe we could make an orchestrator or meta-level agent that kind of has these instructions and this high-level plan and my current input, and make sure that there's, or maybe it's a delegator or something that is properly delegating and dividing these tasks into actionable pieces that individual agents can go do, and not just giving one long linear stream of work to single agents across projects."
Input 9 — Dashboard on Control Company
"I want you to make a clear documentation of this whole system that we're building, the various skills and agents and meta-agents, and the structure of how this works. I want us to make a whole new page on Control Company called Claude PA. Within this page, I want to have separate tabs: This kind of mind map of how everything works and how this whole system is built, with the different documents and instructions, and maybe have collapsibles where it actually shows the current information. If I ever want to check out how things are structured or anything, I could go in there, and that way the meta-agent can see how this is all structured and maybe optimize it as we. Another tab will be some easy visual way for me to see things that need my input. If I just want to open it up and talk through the list and give my input to keep things going, I can just visually see things. Maybe it's collapsible lists and super user-friendly, like use a front-end plugin and make it very easy to read and navigate, and include links to the real ClickUp tasks and stuff. Maybe have a way to sort by project or filter, and include images or snapshots of things if it needs my input and that type of stuff."
This input directly created the CTRL COMPANY dashboard as it exists today.
Input 10 — Email & Calendar for Claude
"I need you to make an email address for yourself and a calendar for yourself so you can have a Google Calendar and share it with me. It can be like my calendar, but I can just add it to mine rather than having you edit my calendar. You have an email so that you can send emails if you need to."
Input 11 — Review & Iteration System
"We'll want to build a review and iteration project or iteration system into the agent teams and build an agent team structure for completing tasks, so there's some kind of overarching system that's used to do things, and we can continuously build it and improve it to have better outputs."
Input 12 — Dashboard Capabilities Map
"On our dashboard too, it'd be great to have, within the mind map of the system, the system's capabilities. If we're adding email and calendar and phone note those and put any relevant links there so I can see how the system is growing and what things I can be involved in if I need to go interact with those pieces."
Input 13 — Research Best Practices
"If there are any other skills that we could build from the start to help this run most effectively, if you could maybe do some research and figure out the best way to structure the teams and this whole system and the review process. We just want to make sure that we're building it well from the start."
Input 14 — Voice Notes
"This system is going to be running in a persistent tmux session, so I want it to be able to update me through WhatsApp. I will also be able to see the tmux session when I'm on my computer, but I will be looking at it mainly through WhatsApp. I need it to be able to process voice notes from WhatsApp, and I need it to also be able to send me voice notes."
Input 15 — Dashboard & Homepage Changes
"I think we migrated control company to deploy on Cloudflare, so it should be controlcompany.pages.dev. When you're making the dashboard for this, I want you to also make an edit to our main home page for control company and put our departments tab up at the top of the page. I want it to be smaller tabs that are easier to see and click, and I want this page one to be the first one on the list."
Input 16 — Speed Expectations
"What could possibly take you one day? Please explain if this is human standards or AI standards. Do whatever you need to do to kick off this WhatsApp, Twilio, AI phone calls thing. Use an agent team to get all this done in parallel."
